This is the first year of the Portland Children's Festival, being held at the Portland Waldorf  School in Milwaukie OR. There looks to be plenty of activities to entertain the entire family, not to mention the Milwaukie Farmer's Market just across the street on the same day! Many family friendly vendors will be there, and I'm happy to be one of them!
